Every other day

Work one day, rest the next. The simplest setup is a 2-day cycle with Day 1 ON and Day 2 OFF. You can also use any even-numbered cycle (4, 6, 8 days…) and alternate ON and OFF days — the result is the same repeating pattern. Useful for caregivers, part-time staff, or anyone on a strict alternating schedule.
