1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Domus, disrupt the service, access other users' data without authorization, or use Domus for unlawful purposes.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create in Domus, including lists, events, recipes, documents, and photos. You grant us the limited rights required to host, sync, and display that content in order to provide the service.

4. Service Availability

We aim to keep Domus reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as needed.

5. Account Termination

You may stop using Domus at any time and request deletion through the account deletion process. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Domus is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Levitica will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Domus.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
